Please note that no cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of your appointment, anyone who cancels before 24hours will be charged in full for the appointment. Anyone more than 15mins late to their appointment will unfortunately have to reschedule and pay missed appointment in full. No shows will be charged in full for unattended appointments as well as their next appointment. Please note that your appointments have been booked out specifically for you and as a result don't book other clients and/or show clients away where i could have helped them, if you are unable to attend them please follow the booking policy.
